The Mission
The mission of Manufacture ODx is to elevate humanity in manufacturing environments, through the application of organization development and change practices, resulting in improved quality of life for all and higher-performing companies, teams, and individuals.
The 'Why?'
People that work in manufacturing environments face unique challenges. Multiple shift schedules, 24/7 operations, physically demanding work, and the pressures of keeping large equipment running and optimized are some of the stresses placed on human systems in manufacturing. These stresses can lead to breakdowns in team and cross-departmental communication, autocratic and destructive leadership practices, high employee turnover, and the abandonment of company mission, vision, and values for the sake of 'getting the job done.' Decades of experiencing and witnessing these effects on people and human systems led our founder to begin an educational journey to discover how to elevate our humanity in these environments while improving performance simultaneously. People in all work environments deserve an elevated quality of life. The 'secret' is that as we work to improve quality of life for each other, performance comes along.
